No payment is collected on this website. After you submit a request, AWA Baits will confirm item availability, final specifications, shipping and next steps before an order is completed.
Available shipping methods and timing are confirmed with your order. U.S. orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping once the order is approved.
Need to change a size, weight or quantity? Reply as soon as possible after confirmation. Changes may not be possible once an order has been packed or shipped.
Contact us before sending anything back. Items should be unused, unworn and in original condition. Custom, used or final-sale items may not be eligible.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order details and clear photos so we can review it.
